Helping to get back healthy eating habits

I recently gave birth to my third child and am looking for a way to return to healthy eating habits and shed the baby weight in a healthy way. I had taken the Garden of Life RAW supplements and liked them and came across this product. I have only been taking it for two days but am really enjoying it.I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch: one scoop with almond milk (I make my own by blending soaked raw almonds and water) and a cup of frozen berries. I then eat a normal dinner, ie salmon, veggies and quinoa. If I need a snack (which I do twice a day), I eat salad or an apple or hummus and veggies. I find that it fills me up, in a good way. I have energy and don't feel hungry or cranky.The taste is fine for me, but I have also used products like Mediclear, which I felt was worse tasting. The texture isn't bad either.All in all a great product that is helping me get back on track with healthy eating habits after being pregnant and eating terribly for 9 months.

Raw Fit Tastes good

I've only tried it 3 times so far and it tastes good mixed with fruit, yogurt, whatever and would probably taste just fine plain. I have noticed it helps keep me regular so far which is a great benefit. More time will tell. People who complain of the taste are probably complainers to begin with.

finally a protein drink that doesn't hurt my stomach

This product is easy to digest. I have tried all types of protein shakes/products and they all have given me terrible stomach aches and cramping. I have seen people complain about the taste and I don't mind it at all. I mix it with almond milk and cacao powder and it tastes like a milkshake, so I don't really know what everyone is complaining about. Texture is fine, I've drank hemp protein and that is GRITTY, this is nothing like hemp protein. I mix it in my vitamix. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I haven't used it long enough to back up the weight loss help claims. I will update after a month or so, but I"ve only been drinking this for a few days.
