I decided to try taking casein at nights while continuing to use whey for post workout recovery. I now mix the casein with universal torrent and metamucil, which turns out to be a decent cocktail. Would definitely recommend, but keep in mind casein protein is absorbed much more slowly than whey. Research I've seen says it's useful for preventing muscle catabolism at night, between meals etc. Vanilla tastes good. =)

I have used a lot of casein protein products and thus far this is my favorite. Great price, taste, and easy to mix.
