Tastes Great

This is one of my favorite Muscle Milk products, both in terms of taste and nutritional content. The taste is truly pleasant. There's no artificial sweeteners and the sugar content is pretty low to so I don't know how they do it. The creatine that is included is a nice touch too, I work in beta alanine and citrulline which both greatly enhance recovery time and strength -Primaforce Beta Alanine Powder 200 Grams + FREE Citrulline Malate 250 Grams. There are very few proteins I can take honestly say positively impact my workouts. This is definitely one of the few. Adding in the BA and citrulline probably doesn't hurt either but either way, I would recommend these supplements to anyone looking to increase strength.

Glad I Tried It

First this is a review for the Muscle Milk "Naturals" Natural Real Chocolate(it appears many reviews are for the regular Muscle Milk)The number one reason for trying it was the no Corn Syrup products and noartificial sweetners. Just Stevia and Lo Han Extract .Was very hard to find a Meal Replacement with no artificial sweetnersI was concerned about the taste - I knew I liked regular Muscle Milk - but was not sure how this one would go down.Well I really do like it, maybe not quite the best - but pretty close.If you are a chocolate lover you will really like it. The chocolate is pretty strong.(If too strong just use a little less)I like it strong.This is definately my current Meal Replacement of choice.(Have tried many over the years....)

Delicious flavor, All natural, helps speed post-workout recovery

Standard muscle milk with a healthier twist... Smooth, delicious vanilla flavor -- and best of all, it's all natural. If you're working out and doing your best to be healthy, why consume products with artificial flavors and sweeteners?I use this in a shaker bottle after my workouts with 1 cup coconut water and 1 cup coconut milk (the coconut milk tames the flavor of the coconut water, which, if you've ever tried it, you know can be a little distasteful). For me, I have noticed a remarkable difference in recovery time... from 2-3 days to only 1 day. I've also noticed far less muscle cramping post-workout (which have been extremely severe - to the point of requiring prescription muscle relaxers).To avoid the excess that collects on the bottom of the cup, continue to shake periodically as you consume... Also, I trade out the provided scoop for a tablespoon and use only 1 or 2 tablespoons -- depending on how many calories I've consumed that day, and how hard my workout was.Every person's body is different. If this one doesn't work for you, try something else. But for me, this works great. I like the flavor, and that it doesn't contain any artificial flavors or sweeteners.
