I use this to make my own thermogenics/ pre workout supp. So far so good. The product comes with a micro scooper. There is some confusion on the product label that I have noted. It says that 500 grams equals 10,000 servings; however, they say that 10 micro scoops is a serving, but there is no corresponding milligram amount with 10 scoops. Then the label recommends 50-150mg per serving. Hmmmm? So with the crumby milligram scale that I got (that I am returning), the best I can estimate on the milligram amount for 10 micro scoops is 150mg. So, with this respect, you can expect 3333 servings. Not baggin' on the label, I'm just saying.

I ordered the 500 grams believing that it really wouldn't last long. I was very wrong. I use it pre-workout, and at my current use will last over a year. It's a great product, and I'm sure that I'll buy more when this eventually runs out.
