Watermelon flavor was the best tasting pre-workout I've personally ever had. I could probably drink it if it was just a punch flavor.The price is good. If your tolerance goes up though, you might have to use a bit more than once scoop amount, hence lowering the servings the product says it has per tub.Effects: Doesn't make you feel jacked up and crazy like other pre workouts. That can be a good or bad thing. It doesn't get you feeling as psychologically pumped to go nuts in the gym, but it does have a pretty good effect on strength. I think the nitro-watchumacallit stuff works well. I think I seemed to have a better increase in strength on this than some powders I've had that gave me a more intense "kill them all" pumped up feeling.For the value, this is one of the better pre workouts. This powder, if it works for you like it did for me, will give you a little mellower feeling heading into the gym. It won't make you feel like you want to drop a bomb in the gym, but it will get your blood rushing well and it will make a pretty good difference on your actual strength in your lifts.

Good vasodilator

I have been lifting weights for about a decade now, it has become my life along with nutrition. I have tried many supplements for the pure reason of confirming if they work or not. Trust me, many supplements, and many of them do not in fact work. It is extremely hard to actualize if one supplement is working as the results usually show over time, but the feeling is sometimes there immediately. I have tried a lot of vasodilators, mostly in pill form with the exception of BSN, and as far as I can find, this works just as well as any of the more heaftily price. I have found the best timing for this product is about half an hour pre workout and half an hour after you have eaten. This way your body still has fuel but you are "empty" enough for the product to take hold. Good supp and I will keep ordering it, I would recommend it to anyone looking to push past the "protien, creatine, multi-vitamin" basic supp regime.

Great Product

I am not a fan of Jack3D as it gives me the jitters, and makes my skin crawl a bit. This product is very smooth and a great pre-workout! The pump and energy makes sure to push you to your limits as you lift. My only warning is, make sure you don't take too much time between taking this and actually getting to the gym. You will end up going around saying "I must lift heavy things!" if you take too much time. LOL
