Awesome supplement

I started using this for races and also now for training and I have definitely improved my times. I feel really strong even after a 2 hour ride.

Hammer Race Caps

These are great! You really notice how well they have worked for you when you run out of them. For the past 6 months I have noticed I was ready to go the next day. Just take the recomended dosage. It has been 2 weeks since I finished the last bottle (Just ordered some more)and have noticed more fatigue and poor recovery during week 2 wile not using this supplement. Thanks Hammer Nutrition!

I used these while training for and competing in Tough Mudder last year at Northstar in Tahoe, CA.I used to be an avid runner but knee injuries and a rod in my leg had stopped me from running regularly or competing for years. I was looking for some supplements to help me with the stress of the physical exertion over the duration of the event, coupled with the altitude (Northstar is at 6,300-8,600 ft, I live at sea level.) Having a biochemistry background with a strong emphasis in nutrition, I've always been a big proponent of supplement use in general, and specifically to enhance performance.I found Hammer Nutrition through searching for good endurance supplements. I was impressed by the amount of research they have done, their unique and healthy approach to athletic performance supplementation, as well as the tremendous amount of respect they have in the industry with endurance athletes.I used Race Caps Supreme in conjunction with Hammer Gels, Perpetuum Tablets, Race Day Boost, Energy Surge, and Recoverite. Despite being the oldest person on my team by 10 years, I was able to complete all of the obstacles without faltering (only two other guys made it through all of the obstacles, and one was a Marine and the other a fitness trainer.) The next day, I barely felt any soreness at all going up and down stairs, whereas two months earlier I had to limp up and down stairs for 3 days after a half marathon (which I completed at sea level). The only difference was Hammer products.I believe this product played a part in my performance, and my recovery. The science is sound, the supplements included in this are powerful energy producers in the body (believe me, I spent a year studying energy productin on a molecular level.) This is something that will be in my race day bag for years to come.
