top of the line vitamins.

After 6 months of taking animal pak multi-vitamins the results have been incredible.mainly to strengthen up for football season in the first 3 months of taking animal pak i gain 15lbs of muscule,as far as sprinting and endurance goes my speed increased. the wieght i was lifting at the gym increased as well.biggining-3months-nowBenchmax:175-215-230squatmax:285-325-375powerclean:160-190-220this was by far the best decision i made as far as supplements goes, along witha reliable protein shake the results have been 100% positive.if your in any sport at any level high school football to college basketball and your looking to gian that extra edge animal pak is the way to go. true the pills themselfs are rather big but simply taking one at a time will quickly solve that problem.in the first week of taking them you want to drink as much water as possible no joke you'll expeirence dizzyness if you dont drink enough water but accompanied by a good healthy diet you'll experience muscle and strength gains like no other.

Excellent Vitamin Pak

Been taking 1 pak daily for about 6 weeks now and I must say that this is an excellent product. I do not get the bright yellow urine effect as some reviewers got but I drink quite a lot of water. My routine is first thing when I get up, take a pak (on an empty stomach, not recommended though)with water and have a cup of coffee and within 30 to 45 mins start to workout. So far I've seen some muscle gain and experienced increased stamina with the aerobic exercises (boxing, sprinting). I do recommend this product, 5 stars.

most thermogenic vitamin ever

I am an mma athlete and purchased these as a supplement.one thing I noticed, is that it is probably a bad idea to take them before cardio or high intensity workouts. some of the vitamins in this supplement stimulate blood flow (mainly the niacin). I would find that taking these before training made me feel overheated, like really my body was too hot.so I switched to taking these only before lifting, where it really displays its potency. No kidding this stuff allows you to lift to your full potential every day. I honestly feel like it really does help.On a pharmaceutical level, the supplement contains borderline high amounts of the fat soluble (stays in your system longer and can accumulate) vitamin A. Just be careful.It contains no iron, also, but most people get enough iron in their diets.People complain "ohhh, this is too many pills to take and the pills are just wayyyy to big". hey shutup. you work out for an hour? or do whatever sport you do? and you cant take like 11 pills or whatever is in a packet to up your game? please. its really not a big deal. takes like a minute to consume.
