lots of large, smelly pills, but they have EVERYTHING in them

Due to having a lot of issues with fatigue and other medical problems, I've been trying various high-dosage multi-vitamins over the past year as the standard "one-a-day" vitamins just weren't cutting it. I was so shocked by reading how complete the contents of these were that I had to try them. I was a little grossed-out by the inclusion of animal tissues, but very happy about the rest of the contents. When you open up and work your way through swallowing the 6 giant pills in a pack, you will notice they have a strange smell and taste. Not disgusting, just strange. Smells a lot like the calf milk replacer powder we had on the farm when I was growing up, so it may be the Colostrum Powder ingredient. There were a VERY few things this vitamin doesn't include, and I'm not a body builder or anything like that, so rather than take two of these packs daily, I take half of a pack of these each morning along with a few other supplements and half of a serving (one pill) of GNC Mega Men® Energy & Metabolism.I would not recommend these to anyone who isn't working out, is getting along fine with "regular multivitamins", or who has trouble swallowing pills. I would also encourage anyone who does try them to take a close look at the ingredients vs some of the other high-end multi-vitamins and notice the very small handful of gaps that you might want to fill-in.

Great product

I had used this product about 10 yrs ago, but could no longer find it in local health food stores. It 's been great! Once the vitamins and herbs kick in , I get a big boost of energy and stamina to work out for longer periods. I had not worked out for 6 mths since leaving my gym. I joined my local ymca about 2 wks ago and been going 3 times a week.. Again I have had great results using the product..ie energy,indurance and stamina. I get a great pump during workouts and stares from others in the gym when they see my going hard from exercise to exercise with little rest in between.. I am 54 yrs old and in better shape then most of the guys who workout at the Y..I worked arms yesterday,and my muscles are still full and pumped...Great product--will be ordering another 30 day supply soon!
