Keeps me sparing

I started practicing American Freestyle Karate 10 years ago when I was 42. Prior to starting I was not in very good shape and I had also suffered 2 Torn cartilages in my right knee requiring surgery. While practicing karate my knee would swell so much that after every practice I had to alternately ice my knee and heat it with a heating pad to allow the swelling and pain to go down enough so I could sleep. This went on for 5 years and 2 more knee surgeries (Not Karate related) until I was to the point when I thought I would have to give up martial arts. Then a friend told me about the success he had using Vitalzym for back problems. I tried it. He also lent me a CD with a lecture given by a representative of the company. In the lecture the rep suggested using a larger than recommended dosage at first and then tapering off to 3 a day maintenance. (Do not try this on my say so, talk to the company or a doctor) I started at 9-12 a day for for the first bottle. After that I tapered off to 3 a day. The pain reduction was incredible. I am 52 and still practice 4 times a week and I am in better shape than when I was 25. I am not sure I could have achieved this without Vitalzym. Or at least achieved this without suffering much more pain. There are other proteolytic Enzyme supplements out there. But I have had the best luck with Vitalzym.2 other comments: 1) do not take this close to a meal. Take it an hour on either side before or after. (2 hours is better) Eating it with food is easier to remember but it severely limits the effectiveness of the product. 2) Not everyone I've suggested this to has had as good results. But of the 4 people I know who have tried it including me 3 have had very good results.

Helps me so much!

Marvelous! Actually gets rid of scar tissue & even relieves a lot of fibromyalgia pain. The product is different then it used to be but that is a positive! Now, you don't have to hurt worse before it helps! I love Vitalyzm.

Seems to be working well

My health has improved greatly since starting on this product. I have more energy and my immune system is stronger. I have auto-immune issues and these pills have greatly decreased my symptoms.
