worth every penny

after extended research i believe this is the best protein for me.low in sodium, sugar,trans fat and still delivers 65 grams of protein.it only has 12 servings if you use 2 scoops but you can cut it in half and get 32,5 grams protein.what i do is take one scoop in the morning with skim milk and two before bed after weight training.also whats is really important for me is that even if you use less milk it does not get too thick.no aspartame in this great product and tastes great.

Great Protein

I have been using this protein powder for almost 2 years now, with great results. I mix it into my organic 0 fat milk everyday, and it has a really smooth and not over powering taste, mixes really well with 0 fat milk.I have used numerous protein powders and this one is clearly the elite brand and worth the extra money.

Ingredients, healthiest highest dosage of protein I've found so far

One of the very highest sources of protein with the lowest level of cholesterol I've found in a protein shake! 65 GRAM Protein 9 Gram Carb 0.5 Gram Fat-Way better mapping than a lot of the more popularized protein shakes on Amazon.(Since a history of diabetes & heart attacks runs in my family that was very important to me find a low or zero% cholesterol protein shake, if I were to be consuming it regularly. MOST of these protein shakes have cholesterol consisting of somewhere between 10%-30% of the single serving intake of the shake-- DAMN!
