longjack extract
By what's in a name
this longjack extract came quickly from this company and wasas it was described. it was very bitter to taste and thats how longjack is supposed to taste.the more bitter the better. ive already said its a good product but i dont know if Amazon will approve my review since its their policy to tell people whether their review is good enough to publish. this will be the second time reviewing this,but the first Amazon didnt like.its not even their product,but whatever.

RUSSIAN BEAR WORKS!!!!

After reading the reviews on Vitol Russian Bear 5000 i was sold so i bought (2) 4lb bottles. When they arrived i quickly made a shake using cold milk and i was COMPLETLEY BLOWN AWAY!!!!. IT TASTED AMAZING!!!!!. The shakes also provide u with alot of energy so i have one pre-work out and post-work out. I gained about 3 pounds in the first 4 days of using the product so as a weight gainer it works 100% so i am HIGHLY recommending it to anyone who needs to pack on some healthy pounds!!!!o ps i subscribed my purchases so i get (2) bottles a month it saves me alot of money that way, i live in the bahamas an our local GNC stores dont carry it so i can resell them for a lil profit because the brand has a really good rep down here

The math and what it means for you

I purchased this product last week and received it in 3 days ( even before the earliest shipping estimate day given). Yes it says "5000 calories in one serving" but if taken with a gallon of milk. Now, for 90% of the people who take this, this isn't going to happen. I wrote this review to clear up the misconceptions about the calories some users post and will update my weight gain in 2 week intervals. No results after the first use which I drank 2 scoops with milk in a day. I will continue to use 2-3 scoops daily while doing heavy Resistance training 3-4 times a week. I am 6'0 feet tall and only 132 pounds. VERY SKINNY WITH A FAST METABOLISM !!So, the five scoops recommended (if taken with water only) is about 520 calories in a scoop. The scoop is the smallest I've seen relative to how much calories is in it compared to other supplement products (and I've tried countless ones). You are getting a great deal of calories for how much a scoop is. If you take it with milk (as I do and recommend for better taste and an increase of about 300 calories if used with 16oz), you get a total of about 850-900 calories in one drink filled in a bottle shaker with 16oz used. THAT IS GREAT!Again, one scoop = 520 calories. With milk it is 850-900 calories.The taste is the BEST I've ever tasted in a protein shake! The missing sugar content is the only concern I have with this product because it is very sweet and is not listed. Doesn't taste like a protein shake, but one you would get at a smoothie place! No weird feelings as some users reported but that's on an individual basis.So far so good and will report actual results over two weeks. Bought this to gain weight fast after many products have failed with my metabolism. Hope it works!!UPDATE 5/5/13: Well, first jug down over the course of 2 weeks using 2 scoops a day. Went from 132 to 136! One thing I would add to my original review is that it does mix very easy, I forgot to mention that. Over the next 2 weeks I will upgrade to 3 scoops a day and see how that goes.Will update in 2 weeks!! So far so good!

Not bad

The flavor is terrible in water but tastes like nestle quick in milk. Put On a few pounds in a little over a week.I am giving it a 4 star cause if you try to down more than one 16oz glass at a time you will be going to the bathroom.

Hands down the best tasting vanilla protein powder I've ever had. I picked this up as a meal replacement protein (mostly morning and mid-morning) from a local GNC and am on my second container now. With two scoops it has just enough carbs to start your system but not too many to add much to your daily carb total. The protein content is reasonable but if you want 40g in your meal you may be better off adding in a scoop of ultra low carb whey from another brand (this will keep the carbs down). It is definitely expensive so I use it as a treat shake.

very good flavor, great when used in blender, great breakfast for a busy lifestyle!!! best of all, leaves you feeling full after 4 hours. Definitely recommend this shake specially the strawberry flavor.

I purchased the Strawberry flavor and mix it with low fat milk. The taste is good, and it is easy on the digestion. I can really feel the difference after I drink the shake, and believe me it is all good. I live a hectic life and want to be sure that I am getting all of the required protein that is needed daily to live well. I will keep purchasing this product as I enjoy it.Of course, it is not absolutely perfect as it is a protein drink. But, there is no chalky taste or weird after taste that is apparent with so many.

This is the best nutritional supplement bar none. Each canister comes with the lab printout showing the vitamin levels from an independent laboratory. Usually the contents are HIGHER than advertised. The vitamins come from vegetables, which is very important. They use high quality ingredients. For example if you bought zinc from a drug store it would be the low absorption zinc gluconate, but not with this product!The best way to drink this (and as someone who hates milk) is to get a large, wide (cheep plastic soda cup from fast food) and mix it with milk. Trust me don't use water, don't bother with yogurt and mixing it in with your smoothie. I've tried it ten different ways and milk is the best. Stir don't shake.These are tasty and easy to get down. You won't feel like you have to force yourself every single day to down these. EXCELLENT meal replacement. It gives me great energy and a clear mental feeling every single day.I CANNOT imagine my life without this product anymore. It's change my life forever to get real vitamins every single day. If your overweight these will stop your food cravings. Your body is hungry all the time because it's starving for nutrients. Give your body the nutrients and you won't have to eat as much.My only recommendation is you get the Cherry Jubilee as it's the best flavor. I do prefer strawberry over the chocolate ones.

Great endurance drink!

This is a great alternative to sports drinks like gatorade and powerade. While the national brands tend to taste better and sell better, HEED has the complex carbs you need to keep moving along. Great for endurance runners; I've recommended it to my friends and they are slowly making the switch. Score one for the little guy.

One of the better electrolyte drinks on the market

HEED works well for me. It has a mild taste that is easy to stomache. HEED seems to work the best for me when I bicycling for 2 hours or longer. I have tried/used Accelerade, Gatorade, and a host of other drinks on the market. Accelerade works okay, but it can upset my stomache when I am riding hard. I road ride regulary at high intesities so I need a product that keeps my energy up; HEED fits the bill.

Possibly the best tasting protein blend out there

Monster Milk's Cookies and Cream is not only my favorite Monster Milk flavor, but one of my favorite protein blends. This stuff tastes absolutely delicious even if you mix it with water, but I recommend using milk. It really does taste like cookies and cream ice cream.Like all Monster Milk flavors, you get a blend of fast and slow digesting proteins. I highly recommend this. If you're unsure what flavor of Monster Milk to get, definitely get this one.

Best Bfast ever

I have Monster Milk after every morning workout. First of all, it taste great. it's actually a joy to drink, and is thick, creamy and filling even when only mixing with water. It supplies a moderate amount of calories, low amount of impact carbs and high amount of both short and long burning protein. AKA this stuff is exactly what you need post-workout.I would personally like to see a slightly higher Creotine content, but that can easily be solved with an additional supplement.
