very good flavor, great when used in blender, great breakfast for a busy lifestyle!!! best of all, leaves you feeling full after 4 hours. Definitely recommend this shake specially the strawberry flavor.

I purchased the Strawberry flavor and mix it with low fat milk. The taste is good, and it is easy on the digestion. I can really feel the difference after I drink the shake, and believe me it is all good. I live a hectic life and want to be sure that I am getting all of the required protein that is needed daily to live well. I will keep purchasing this product as I enjoy it.Of course, it is not absolutely perfect as it is a protein drink. But, there is no chalky taste or weird after taste that is apparent with so many.

This is the best nutritional supplement bar none. Each canister comes with the lab printout showing the vitamin levels from an independent laboratory. Usually the contents are HIGHER than advertised. The vitamins come from vegetables, which is very important. They use high quality ingredients. For example if you bought zinc from a drug store it would be the low absorption zinc gluconate, but not with this product!The best way to drink this (and as someone who hates milk) is to get a large, wide (cheep plastic soda cup from fast food) and mix it with milk. Trust me don't use water, don't bother with yogurt and mixing it in with your smoothie. I've tried it ten different ways and milk is the best. Stir don't shake.These are tasty and easy to get down. You won't feel like you have to force yourself every single day to down these. EXCELLENT meal replacement. It gives me great energy and a clear mental feeling every single day.I CANNOT imagine my life without this product anymore. It's change my life forever to get real vitamins every single day. If your overweight these will stop your food cravings. Your body is hungry all the time because it's starving for nutrients. Give your body the nutrients and you won't have to eat as much.My only recommendation is you get the Cherry Jubilee as it's the best flavor. I do prefer strawberry over the chocolate ones.
