Great for endurance cycling. Your body needs 2 calories per hour per pound of body weight. At 112 calories per scoop, its easy to keep up with your calorie needs on the bike. I usually mix 2 scoops with a couple scoops of GU brew for electrolytes. I take a couple baggies with me for refilling the bottle. This product has no taste, so you can mix it with whatever you want. It helps keep me cruising along 100 miles without hitting the wall, and without the flash and crash of products that contain a lot of sugar. I wouldn't consider riding over 2 hours without it. It's a great product! I recommend it to all my athlete friends.

I've used CarboPro for about 9 months now and wouldn't use anything else. Tasteless and goes into any drink. Great even in plain water. Taking it on our next Grand Canyon rim-to-rim because it's easy to carry and put into the Camelbak.
