Not big on supplements but this one is a keeper!

A book I was reading suggested that I take a BCAA supplement that includes Glutamine. It didn't recommend a brand and, to my surprise, I discovered that there really aren't many products that have everything I needed in my BCAA supplement. I ended up looking at this product and realized that it meets my requirements so I purchased it. I purchased it a little too hurriedly, because I didn't even realize it was in powdered form until I received it! The first time I tried this I drank it with water, which was a horrible choice :S But I also drink Spark (by Advocare) twice daily so once I threw a scoop of this into my daily Spark it the taste was easily masked and I was fine. I would think gatorade or something would have a similar effect to masking the taste, but I definitely recommend mixing this with something!I'm embarassed to admit that I'm not sure what this supplement is supposed to do, but all I can say is as soon as I started taking this I noticed myself toning up a lot more. My forearms started first, and then upper arms, and I was pleased by that so I keep taking it! I have bought like 3 containers of this so far, and don't plan on cutting this out any time soon.

Not the best tasting in the world would be my only complaint, I think I'll probably go back to pill form BCAA when I finish this powered as you can taste this in your protein shakes unless you make them real thick

BCAA Powder - Great for recovery

I am a avid runner. I don't lift or really do any other form of exercising. I bought the product for muscle recovery and toning with out weight gain. I have noticed that I when I am not running consistently and I take this product I do not get the soreness that I normally do. The taste is poor. I initially mixed with it with my Arbonne Vanilla Protein Shake Mix and that was the last time I did that. The taste was HORRIBLE! However I then tried mixing it with Gatorade and it tasted just fine. I have tried a few different flavors of Gatorade and they all seem mask the bad taste of this powder very well. I can not rate the product yet on muscle tone with out weight gain cause I have not been consistently running to say whether it does that or not.
