Great results, small package

This product was very helpful in building my strength up when I began going to the gym, results were very quick as well you notice a change in muscle mass and strength in less than 2 weeks. Bodybuilders might not think betagen offers enough its just creatine with HMB, some of the hardcore stacks offer more benefits im sure. But this is a great product if youre a casual lifter and want to put on some size and strength quickly before summer time.

Seems to be a good product from a reliable name in health supplements. This product tastes excellent just like cherry kool aid with little to no extra grit taste. As far as how much I feel it helps, I can't really be sure. I've added size and seem to recover fairly well but nothing just mind blowing. Only downside to it is that it's a very small supply so to use it as much as they recommend, you'll have to be ordering a new container nearly every week or two.

Pretty good supplement

You can definitely feel the creatine and HMB in this stuff. I've been drinking it without even exercising (I'm trying to slim down before I hit the gym, and you have to take creatine for about a month before it becomes fully effective) and I can feel the difference in my muscles. I feel stronger and not a damn thing has made me sore since I've started taking it. I've also taken it in the past with exercise, and it definitely works. The taurine in it is nice too. There's enough to give you a little boost without being overkill. If you take this in the morning, you can skip your coffee.The only complaint I have with it is that it doesn't mix well. They tell you to use 4oz of water, which really isn't enough. I think this is a trend with EAS products, as they tell you to mix Myoplex in 8oz, but it won't mix well in anything less than 10oz. I tried 6oz of water and it all got in there, but unlike the Myoplex it didn't *stay* in there. It stays dissolved for about 10 seconds and then you can see the powder again. You have to either bolt it down quick or keep stirring it in again. Not a big deal, as it mixes fine using a coffee mug and a spoon. No blender or shaker bottle necessary for this stuff.The taste gets no complaints. Obviously you can't expect a bodybuilding supplement to taste like candy, and it doesn't, but you certainly don't have to choke it down. It tastes like Kool Aid that someone forgot to add the sugar to. No gritty or medicine taste at all.Altogether, it does what it's supposed to do, and the taste is alright, but the poor mixability cost it a 5 star rating. It's not perfect, but I'll still buy more.UPDATE: I bought a Blender Bottle and tried it in there. It mixes better, but better doesn't mean good.
