Huge pump, good taste, worth it!

Used the "standard" product in the past.mBeen using now for close to a month.Benefits of premium creatine:1. Taste. Can't get around the fact the normal creatine mono has a terrible texture and is hard to mix. It's stuff is easy. I just add water 30 min before my workout. Drink. Simple. Fruit punch tastes fine, but is very sweet so add lots of water?2. Glycemic index. It's has a built in carb-like additive, allows your body to actually absorb this stuff, without the need to add carb heavy foods in your shake. Read on the net about carbohydrates and creatine, clear win here for v12.3. PUMP. Ok this is a completely superficial and probably not even really beneficial effect of v12. The no2 in this is noticeable. Your arms will hurt, veins will be full and blue, and you will look bigger. Although this is temporary, it is very motivating! It just feels good to look better and feel stronger. It's is person dependant but is psychologically a huge factor for me.I highly recommend this. Btw on off days I just use the normal creatine mono hydrate, will save you money in the end and effect is undeniably the same.CheersH

Works as described. Best pre-workout I have tried, and I have tried a lot! More words are required BS, if you want my feedback, why make it difficult?
