I started taking this supplement because I have been experiencing significant cognitive impairment after injuring my neck in a car accident. I had pre-existing cognitive problems, adult ADHD, but this was handled well by standard medications. After taking lyrica for neuro pain, I experienced a severe cognitive decline. I have since stopped taking all pain medications but still had cognitive challenges that were not there prior to my injuries. I now have pain under control with just simple exercise. So far this product seems to allow me to think more clearly when combined with my ADHD prescription. Interestingly, I have seen that it has a significant calming effect on me and that I have been sleeping much more deeply.

I have been very eager to do more brain work outs and looked for supplements to help with improving my memory and everything. This product has worked great.I have been taking this for a couple of weeks and I like the results so far. I feel like I am able to really remember things better and I have seen my work improve. Anybody who needs something for memory would do well to start taking this product.

Since I have been taking citicoline I have noticed a tremendous difference in my memory and concentration, compared to before having not taken it daily. I find I can multi-task much better and not have to have as many reminders pop up on my computer of phone. I also have felt more relaxed and at ease in stressful situations and a general feeling of well being seems to take me though my days.I am very pleased with the results and hope that others will agree with my own personal findings.
