Great results!

Works great....though, I don't know if it's all totally "placebo" affect (think about it; you drink this "shot" then your brain thinks "OOOOHHH I just drank a shot that says it gives energy! I better get myself pumped up!" lol...but no really, it does work great....I feel like I get a better workout if I drink one of these prior to my work out. There's not much else to say about them, the instructions are very vague on the bottle, but you basically just shake it up, and then drink it. I like to keep mine in the frige, even though it says refrigeration is not necessary...just seems like it tastes better at 34 degrees hehehe. When I first started taking these, I started out at just a half a bottle...as I was kind of "scared" of the whole energy ingredients.....it's got a lot of stuff in them, and all the daily values are waaaaaaaayyyy high. But from the research I did, if used during/before a work out, you'll likely burn off the excess as sweat/fat, or will come out in the urine.Said to contain Niacin - which I've heard of good success with weight loss, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Sodium, and the "energy blend" of Taurine, Malic Acid, Caffeine, Glucoronolactone, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylanine (2125mg), an Enzyme Blend of Amylase, Protease, Lipase, Cellulase, Lactase (1mg).It does appear to be water based.....I don't know why the other review said it tasted like "goo"....perhaps they did not shake it up good enough like the directions instructed....And yes, I don't know why they are priced so high here on Amazon....these are only $1 at Dollar Tree.

Works fine ... price way too high

These are $1 each at any dollar store (Family Dollar, Dollar General, Dollar Tree.) Why would anyone pay $90 for a case of 48?However, this is a good product. Tastes like horrible chemical fruit-infused goo, but then again, they all taste that way ... works as advertised.
