If you love strawberry ice cream or drinks than this with some skim milk and ice will be a great meal replacement and treat that won't hurt the waistline. This also is great just with water for an ultra lite and easy protein supplement. It mixes very easily so you do not need a blender but being able to shake it does imporve the dispersion in either milk or water. It is a great product for the gastric by-pass client.It is packed with protein in the form of Whey and is vitamin rich but above all tasty. In fact I purchase this and the chocholate truffle and use them to support my protien needs without added sugars or unneeded fats.This whole line of protein drinks is a winner!!!!

A sales person in a vitamin store recommended this product because it was low in carbohydrates. I found it on Amazon for a lot less money. I have one scoop in 8 oz. of almond milk every day for breakfast along with oatmeal. The 2 pound container lasts close to two months. It has become more essential than a second cup of coffee for me. Excellent product.
