I truly think the whole line of spirutein products are a love hate affair - I love blueberry and can't stand chocolate or vanilla for instance. I find peach delicious as well. We have found that if we add more milk than advised it creates a better tasting drink, and it is very healthy to boot. I strongly warn though!! Try the small packets from your local natural foods or even here on amazon, before buying the cans. I learned this the hard way, and now before I buy any new cans I buy multiple single serve packets to try.Also - I find the whey protein version of these to be very chalky, but again, it's very much about personal taste

I've tried Chocolate, Blue berries and Cream, and Raspberry Royale - all are good tasting in my opinion. I use these as a meal supplement and/or snack and find that it is satisfying for around 2-3 hours after consumption. I mix it with unsweetened Almond milk with a milk frother (instead of a blender) and add grounded flaxseed to enhance the fiber content (1 g of dietary fiber incase anyone cares). It does not mix well with just a spoon as the it clumps to the top of the liquid but mixes well with the frother in only 10 seconds. The total calories per scoop is 110 with 0 g of fat, 100 mg of sodium, 12g of sugars, 14 g of protein. It has a bit more sugar than the Raspberry Royal (I don't know how it compares sugar wise to the other flavors but the Raspberry has 10g of sugar). It also has some 100% RDA of certain vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A, C, D, E, Thiamin etc. The blue berry bits in this are freeze dried, so unless you let it sit for a bit they tend to remain "crunchy." Overall, a very good tasting dietary supplement.
