I compare people here complaining about the taste to kids complaining about the taste of hard alcohol the first time they try it. I look for results, and develop a taste for the product as time passes. Personally, I did not find the taste as horrible as described, but then again I have a habit of sampling all sorts of caffeine based products, so my palate may have become desensitized.The results were awesome. I work out first thing in the morning, mainly focusing on cardio and hiit training. I used to try to do shots of energy drinks or small breakfasts, etc, to start the motor running, but none proved lasting and super effective. Rage was both. Furthermore, at least for me, the effect lasted all day, so I was not only pumped for a 7am workout, but pumped about work and about school. Did wonders for productivity, and I saw my consumption of ancillary caffeine products (coffee, energy drinks) drop because they were no longer needed. The energy you get is crisp and focused, not jittery. I will say, however, that the full dose proved too much (I wanted to rip my face off), but this might be because this was the first product of this kind I had tried. So I do half servings, and get the above results. Also, I take this on an empty stomach in the morning, and have had none of the digestive symptoms described by another user (of course I also have a high fiber diet and take probiotics daily, so my digestive tract is pretty healthy). I saw rapid improvement of definition and tone, and I am not sure how much of this to directly attribute to the product and how much to attribute to the fact that I was able to work out longer and harder due to the energy increase. I don't know if I have ever sweat so much in my life.I would certainly suggest this. As of now (August '11) the company is offering free samples of this product, so google it, try it out, and then order. It is a shame that this product has received mediocre ratings based not on results, but taste. Suck it up boys.I am thinking of stacking this with Animal Cuts. If I do, I'll let you know how it works out.UPDATE (June 2012): OK so I have ordered this several times now, and the results are still great. The product has started arriving with a large "New and Improved Flavor!" on the package, so this might address some of the older reviews regarding taste. I have gradually moved on to a full dose (1 scoop), but have never needed to go above that. As for Cuts, it is another solid products, especially if you have water weight you need to lose (as detailed in the reviews for that product, it obviously is not going to do much if you sit in front of the TV munching chips). However, at least for me, these are NOT products to be taken simultaneously. Recall I work out early morning with just a light snack, and the combo is too overwhelming together on a mostly-empty stomach. I take Rage in the morning, then pop Cuts after I have had a heavier brunch/lunch to accelerate the after-burn and keep energy high. Like Rage, the Cuts energy is crisp and clean (i.e. non-jittery).

I am a fan of Animal Rage, it does work and the ingredients are just awesome. It does not contain any fancy ingredient, it is simply loaded with know ingredient that are effective and will give you the results you want.-Value-I have found other products to be cheaper than Animal Rage, but it is not a deciding factor when choosing which product I really enjoy. I am constantly changing products as my workout routine is always changing, it helps to keep my body in constant learning state. You get 44 servings so it is less than $1 per and my rule of thumb is simple: If you have to pay over $1 per workout, you overpaid!-Effectiveness-As my title states; Grrrrr! It works! I do suggest you take a break from it once you finish the container because this stuff is strong. Animal is known for the effective products and combination of known ingredients that actually work. Be aware that you should not take this anytime after 4 PM or you will truly have a hard time going to sleep, it is strong but it will not give you the jitters. You will have sustained energy, so I recommend it for those of you who enjoy working out in the morning.-Taste-The taste is horrible! The dosage instructions tell you to mix it with 4 oz of water and drink it quickly, well I realized the reason behind that is because of the strong flavor it carries. If you are serious about your workouts, this is a minor issue if an issue at all, but if you are looking for something you can sip before your workout.. then this is not for you.- 4 Stars? -I had to deduct a star because a combination of value and taste. I tried other supplements that are cheaper, effective, and provide more servings with a much desired taste. However, we are all different and you might find this product to work better for you than the other supplements in the market. Animal provides a great line of products that are raw, effective, and capable of taking you to a different level. After all fitness does not come in a magic pill, we all have to try and figure out what works for each of us.I will recommend this for those early risers who enjoy their workout in the morning and don't want the lack of energy that comes after an intense session. It does give you sustained energy for the day and when combined with a good source of protein, you will definitely see good results.

Animal Rage really works!! It increased my workout tremendously. It made me last a lot longer in the weight room and upped the amount I could lift by a minimum of 20lbs.
