Great product but be aware of sellers and "human error" reviews on Amazon

I have been a user of Muscle Pharm products for over 2 years now. Recon, when taken properly will deliver the best results from a post workout supplement. The other negative reviews I have read shouldn't be taken into consideration because of mistakes that were made when taking Recon. First off, a protein supplement should only be taken 30-45 minutes AFTER taking Recon, otherwise your body will "overload" on BCAA's and you will ultimately waste money on this product. Secondly, just like Assault (Muscle Pharm's pre-workout supplement), the user should only take half of a scoop when your training routine isn't as "intense" as say on a day when you're going for a "killer pump." When taken correctly, you will see better results and will save money in the long run on a product that is, in my opinion, the best post workout supplement out there.With that said, when I saw Recon for so cheap, I thought to give it a shot. Unfortunately, not only was the product delivered 2 days late, it was also the wrong flavor. I highly recommend Muscle Pharm and all of their products , however, I will,from now on, be more careful of whom I buy from.

Pricey but Effective

Muscle Pharm Recon is an excellent albeit expensive product. Unlike the other reviewers, the taste is decent for a post workout shake, it's not the best tasting shake out there but I'm not paying for taste, I want results. After tough workouts, Recon helps with my recovery and eliminates most, if not all, of my soreness the following day. Personally, I cut the serving size down to 1/2 scoop to help with cost and I can't complain. Having tried both the watermelon and orange-mango flavors, I would recommend both but orange-mango is definitely the better of the two. Most importantly, do your research before you buy a large tub of any workout product - get the facts and choose what's best for you and your workout goals.

Results May Vary

I found this product to taste quite good, but I had to use the higher end of recommended water (20+ ounces) to mix because I found it much too sweet otherwise.Whether or not the product actually aided in my workout recovery is another story altogether. Honestly I couldn't tell any difference in my workouts or recovery whether or not I drank the mix. Your results may vary.Also, the package and scoops are pretty big. I was expecting something smaller, so be advised if you expect a small container like N.O.Xplod or HyperFX.
