Brutal taste but great for you

The fact that this product is labeled as 'Vanilla' is a joke of sizable proportions. It is grainy, tastes on the verge of terrible, and generally must be forced down to be drank at all.That being said loud and clear, this product, to the best of my knowledge and experience is very very good for you. It is full of a variety of the best vegan proteins, and contains all sorts of other goodies for your body. It helped me build muscle, and best of all it managed to clear away most of my previously quite rampant digestive issues.If you must have great taste from your protein, use something else.If you mix your shakes with a lot of other great constituents (soy/almond/rice milk, banana/other fruits) you could probably get by just fine drinking it.If you just want the benefits of a great vegan product + health supplement, look no further- this product is quite the addition to a healthy vegan diet.

omg this product is amazing for digestion.

I consumed this product as a smoothie with some fruit added before going for a run. The enzymes are powerful because during the run, I had to use the restroom. It really gets your digestion going. The only thing is if you're doing a long run, the product works so well, you might need to plan your run accordingly in case you don't have access to a restroom. But the ingredients are excellent, and I highly recommend it to enhance performance.

new way to make it tastier

Okay, so when I first tried this product, I must admit that it taste really bad, but since I don't like things to go to waste I decided to mix it with carrot juice and it taste excellent. As far as the product itself, I used it before training and felt more stamina throughout my workout. As far as results...time will tell. Best wishes,Michelle
