I've been uing this product for almost a year now and it works. The key is to use it as directed and of course: Have a great work out plan. I work out three to four times a week and before I started using NO2 (together with CE2) my muscles simply didn't react to my hard work. Now they're growing and I feel pumped. You have to give it some time to work though - 6 weeks at least. I'm happy with it and even my skin got better!

Perhaps this product does not work for everyone, but it seems to work for me. I am glad that Amazon still sells it. I bike between 100-160 miles per week and during the summer when I do several organized rides I use it. It helps me climb hills better.

I used it for a fartlek race and I was able to recover a lot faster than some of my fellow racers that were not on this supplement. I had to drink a lot of water with this supplement though.
