Delicious and Nutritious

I took a chance and ordered a whole case of these never having tried them and I'm sure glad I did. They are a delicious breakfast bar or mid-afternoon snack, and I believe that they are a healthy and nutritious option with quality ingredients. Very good mocha flavor!

Delicious!

I've been looking for gluten free bars to eat in the morning. I always need something on the run, and am really looking for healthier options. I LOVE the flavor of this, not too dry like some "non crisp" bars. and has chia seeds! ;-). and organic. what more could one ask for? I will start keeping this in my cupboard at all times, and one in my purse for those times i'm on the go and hungry.

Nothing special but packed with nutrients

Coffee and chocolate together? Count me in to try it lol I love coffee and chocolate together so when I was at my local whole foods the other day I saw this one for the first time. I have tried the blueberry and almond one and I like the simplicity of that one, even though I would not purchase it on a regular basis due to its price and that I only really eat it for nutritional reasons, not taste. So I don't usually eat a bar for breakfast that is above 140 calories and this one packs 180 calories but I wanted something new for breakfast and this was the only thing that I had not tried yet in my cupboard. So taste wise it wasn't that bad, I could taste chocolate, coffee, and almonds. There was a slight bitter aftertaste but it is because of the coffee and almonds, I liked it. I would purchase this one over the blueberry one now, but like I said I would not buy it all the time. I didn't like it enough to really make it a staple in my diet but the nutrition is great for a bar, and its vegan and soy free which is a plus for me. Its also not that sweet which I love as well, too many bars are packed with sugar that is not needed. So if you are looking for a bar for nutritional reasons and not so much taste then this would fit your bill.
