DELICIOUS!!

I've tried at least a half dozen flavors of Quest Bars and these are my favorite! Very moist, very tasty, and very filling!

Great tasting

The apple is my favorite so far. I love the chewy dehydrated pieces of apple and the natural ingredients. Feel so much better about consuming these bars. Gave 4 stars because I have ordered this product twice and in both cases, one or two bars have had very bitter apple pieces. Felt as though it had gone rancid.Otherwise a fabulous product.

Best bars ever. Great tasting and a good amount of protein. I have gotten several people hooked on these. Good stuff.

EAS Strikes again

EAS manages to hit the nail on the head with every product. Definitely have more endurance and feel much less fatigue after a good workout. Used in conjunction with Muscle armor, massive difference noticed in how i feel and perform after only one week.

Pre-Workout Boost

I take this when I need a boost before my workout. I add it into my BCAA drink and the tingling sensation it causes gets me going.

Don't want to workout without it.

I was looking around for a decent pre-workout product that did not contain aspartame or sucralose. Extremely hard to do since most of the sports supplements are loaded with Sucralose these days. I came across this one and tried it out. Gives nice smooth energy boost, and a great pump afterwards. It's sweetened with Stevia and tastes pretty good.I don't like to workout without it anymore.

Great product!

This product has been listed at a lower than usual cost. I've been taking advantage and have been greatly enjoying it. The grape flavor is not too much and its easy to mix into a cup or a shaker bottle.

Google "Enzymatic Hydrolysates Whey Protein" and find some scholarly research to educate yourself on the topic... so you don't buy into marketing hype.In a nutshell:*Whey protein is the most recommended supplement type.*'Hydrolyzed/ Hydrolysates' are the most efficient for anabolism (aka digestion), versus 'Protein Isolates' or 'Concentrates'. -research why*There are 2 ways to hydrolyze protein.*99% of products use heat (completely counterproductive), -research why...simular to cooking the CRAP out of your broccoli. Why bother?*ONLY 1% use enzymes to process proteins- more difficult and expensive but the only true beneficial method. [i.e. " di-tripeptides "]***This product is among the 1 percentile. That's why it works. Period.*** I love that they educate and disclose pertinent info on their site.I've been strength training for 10+ years. Each year I try a new protein supplement. And not only have I achieved the muscular growth I've always wanted.. Absolutely WOW !!

After having tried many Protein powders, had settled for Optimum Nutrition products for a few years.I needed a change and I researched around a bit, when I hit upon this product. I was a bit skeptical initially.But the first sip just bleeeewww me away !! Amazing taste ! Just Wow !!Take it from a taste-picky person like me! Proto-Whey packs in plenty of new technology as well.. These are peptides and not isolates, hence are a bit more expensive and absorb completely !Cafe Mocha , Double Chocolate are my faves.My go-to shake :EAS Carb-control Vanilla shake ( or Fatfree Milk )3/4 cup nuked instant plain oatmeal.1/2 banana / 1/2 cup raspberries2 scoops of Proto-WheyA couple of ice cubes.UPDATE on 06/15/2011 ( for Vanilla Cream )I am not a big fan of Vanilla from other brands .. so Vanilla will never be my FIRST CHOICE when I trya brand ! But yesterday, my Vitamin Shoppe was running a promo on these powders but only had Vanilla.Going with my brand-experience-instinct I picked up a 2lb bottle of Vanilla Cream.Man these guys blew me away !! I now have Dbl-Choc / Cafe Mocha / Vanilla in the pantry .. and breakfast is a breeze !!A recipe :- Skim-Plus 8-oz- Shredded carrots ( handful )- 0.5 inch of Ginger- 0.5 Pear

Easy to digest

If you find it difficult to tolerate protein derived from milk sources, then this is the one you need to get. Even though some proteins are lactose free, there are some proteins in milk that some people cannot digest. Proto whey breaks down the large proteins into amino acids and proteins that are easily digested. Also, I find that this does not make my joints hurt like the liquid amino supplements.It costs a little more than plain whey protein, but it's worth it. It tastes great, mixes smoothly, and you won't be plagued with gastric distress. It took me a long time to find this product, and I'm so glad they make it. I used to take Amino Fuel, but they no longer make it.

It is what I expected. Tastes/smells bad but I am only assuming that is the case with all choline bitartrate.

Perfect

I got this to try with my stack of racetams (piracetam and noopept daily and oxi/pram as needed). After trying this I'm realizing how important it is to have an acetylcholine source with these stacks. I no longer get headaches, and I haven't had brain fog in a while now. Some people say they do fine without it, but personally I think this really helps the racetams do their thing.liftmode, your the best

If you're looking for pure choline, this is a good source.

Comes with a very nice write-up with chemical analysis of the product. It has quite a bitter taste (although not horribly so) and smells fishy but that's a good thing as it's a sign that it's the real deal. If you eat a low-meat diet or want to protect your liver and kidneys then this could be the nutrient you want!
