A must have!!!!

Product was very useful did exactly what its supposed to. I could deffinently feel it when I missed a serving, my body would ach I take a serving within an hour I'm feeling ready to go again. I would recommend to everyone even if your not cycleing its good to use.

I believe this product does exactly what it is suppose to. Admittedly without blood work it is hard to backup any anecdotal findings but given the amount of positive research that has been done on the ingredients in this product there is no real reason to think this would not help improve overall health.My one complaint is that this product does not mix well. I have tried milk and water but neither mix well with this product. Since it does not taste all that good by itself(peanut butter flavor) I would rather mix it with my protein drink. If you use a blender it mixes much better but still not perfect.I would recommend taking this product for several weeks before attempting to gauge its performance to give all the ingredients time to take effect. This is a must have for someone wanting to take any methylated P/H's or any other substance that taxes the liver/body. You would be very hard pressed to find the same amount of ingredients in separate products for less. Overall great product!

Excellent product.

My go to product of its type.. Excellent dosages of actives. Taste is not great, but that is to be expected with these herbs in powder form. I take it for its effects, not its flavor. Mixing in orange juice helps..
