Pro: Excellent taste! Con: has 100mg caffeine

This stuff tastes great, and I don't even like coffee (I had the cafe mocha flavor). It could seriously rival Starbucks and I think this stuff is cheaper too!The only problem is, each serving contained 100mg of caffeine. A small detail that I didn't notice until about 5 scoops later. At the time, I was working out at night, so I'd take this stuff and wonder why I was getting a sudden case of insomnia. Good thing I finally looked at the front of the container, as I wasn't conscientiously looking for any caffeine-containing ingredients on the nutrition label.If you don't mind the caffeine, I'd highly recommend this as it is probably the best tasting whey protein I've ever had. Also, the price was much lower when I purchased it here on Amazon.

Awesome for a high protein diet

To start, I think this is delicious! It doesn't have that chemical taste/smell that a lot of other protein shakes have. I drink one every morning. The whey protein absorbs somewhat quickly and curbs hunger immediately and the casein protein takes longer to absorb which keeps me full for hours.I'm trying to add protein to my diet and I have two shakes per day. I substitute them for breakfast and lunch. In each serving there is 21 grams of protein and 125 calories. They're low sodium and only have 1.5 grams of fat. I'm finishing up my first bottle (which was 2 lbs) I'm about to order a 5 lb bottle to last me longer. I plan to stick with Dymatize :)

Like this stuff a lot, get both my whey and casein in one and the taste isn't too bad either. Mix with water pre workout and milk post workout does the job.
