Reduces Soreness/Boosts Recovery

As a supplement nerd and competitive athlete, I am always looking for something that helps reduce DOMS. This has only quality ingredients--the two most important being several types of creatine and glutamine. You could buy all those separately, but this is a very cost effective combination of everything you need. Take it IMMEDIATELY after you get done lifting, and take it in water. It does not mix well with milk, etc. In water it tastes refreshing and good, not amazing, but the RESULTS are inhuman. It doesn't matter if I just set a new squat max and then got on an airplane for 12 hours, the quality ingredients in this cut my soreness in half at LEAST. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I get scared for the pain I will inevitably be in when I forget to order it and am down to my last few servings!

Best Post Work Out, Better Than MHP Dark Matter

This is an excellent product for your post work out needs. Also includes some joint support for those of you that like to lift heavy. I've been using Dark Matter for quite some time and it's a good product, but this is much better for the same price. I like the fact that you get more protein per serving. I bought the wild berry taste and the flavor works for me. For those that say it doesn't mix well... I say get a bottle with the blender ball and it blends perfectly fine. I've noticed my strength go up after 1 tub and my muscles feel fuller and harder throughout the day. However, I do take other supplements: Creatine Ethyl Esther, Multi-Vitamin, Fish oil, BCAAs, Adrenal Support, 200 grams of protein from Egg Whites and 200 carbs a day. I recommend this as a post workout product for it's convenience and potency during the critical 30 minute anabolic window following an intense work out. If you're not working out with intensity, then please dont expect a miracle in a bottle.

This stuff seems solid

I have only been bodybuilding for about 5 months now. And I have been using this stuff after each workout. It does help with soreness. It has glutamine in it which is great for post workout. And I like that it has a bunch of carbs in it as well for after workout. This is the best flavor aftershock I have tried, I did the orange and one other one I can't remember, but this wild berry actually tastes really good and refreshing. If you have the money and don't want to screw around stacking up your own protein shake this stuff has pretty much everything you need for after workout.
