Gets the job Done

For long term strength gains, this is a great product. It took at least a month before I could pin-point the gains I was getting in the gym were from this product. I also cycle creatine every 8-10 weeks, and when I get off of it, there is always a drop in my lifts. I started taking this while still on creatine and also heard that Ecdysterone, Beta Ecdysterone Bulk Powder 30 Grams helps maintain gains from creatine.Took them together and actually increased weight in most of my main lifts. Not by much but the goals was to not lose anything so I will definitely give this product two thumbs up. One word of caution...I did feel more aggressive than usual, snapped at my girlfriend more than usual, feel like it does take you the edge so would be prepared for that. No other negative side effects as far as I can tell.

I guess it does what it says, to an extent

This product is pretty good, i've been on it for about 3 weeks now, gained about 4lb's of muscle since i started it. I sleep like a baby at night, and find myself waking up with more energy in the morning. which for me is amazing because ive always had trouble sleeping and getting up in the morning, and as everyone who's serious about muscle building knows, a great night of sleep is the most important part of the muscle building process. Good product

Good Product

I am 2 weeks in and feel pretty good about this product. I have gained some strength and feel more enegized. I feel like I'm getting a little less sleep, but I don't feel tired. A side effect it does have for me is that it has a viagra-like effect while I'm sleeping that lasts so long that I sometimes wake up sore. Overall good product. The up side outweighs the down side. No pun intended.
