I don't think I have EVER left a review for a product here on Amazon, but I HAVE TO leave a comment on this product. I am at day 3 of using this product, and over the past few days, went from my initial 1 scoop, to the maximum recommended 2 scoops because my body tolerance allowed for it. The one scoop didn't really do anything and the scoop and a half gave me a little energy and desire to workout, but not much. The 2 SCOOPS did the trick. :-)Anyway..... MY ENERGY IS THROUGH THE ROOF. I am not lifting weights... I am just doing cardio and exercising with DVDs at home in my living room. BUT GOOD GOD!!!! I normally do one 30 min. DVD, am bored to tears and have to FIGHT to go back the next day and do it again.... with this product, I did 2 dvd workouts in a row, and still wanted to do more. With the two scoops, I am just a tad bit jittery, but no heart palpitations, no shortness of breath or anything else that would scare the crap out of me and make me stop using this. I feel like I could run a MARATHON... which is ironic, because that is what I am training to do!!!My joints and muscles hurt after the workout a little, because I push myself so hard, that I really work my body out! During my regular routine, sometimes I didn't even sweat from being such a lazy a$$, and not pushing myself. NOT ANYMORE!!!! And I hate to mention this.... but I HAD SEX THE OTHER NIGHT WHILE THE CRAZE WAS STILL IN MY SYSTEM.... and I think my dude was blown the "eff" away at my energy.... and - for some reason - the CRAZE made me talk SUPER DIRTY without being embarrassed.... it is a freakin' out-of-body experience during sex (which is another form of exercise).REAL TALK!!!!! THIS STUFF IS NO JOKE... and I DO NOT use it everyday..... I CANNOT DO THAT. I'd be bouncing off the walls, would never sleep and would want to have sex constantly. I am not joking here... this stuff is amazing. Sucks you can only take it for 12 weeks. :-(

Perfect....

I purchase many products from Amazon, but am very selective about what I write reviews on. This product is perfect! The energy is clean, clear and long lasting. As a women, I am able to workout harder and lift heavier than before using Craze. My endurance is much greater and my workouts are nearly effortless! I am most impressed because I don't get that "itchy" feeling and I don't experience that rapid caffeine heartbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend this product, if you workout on a regular basis, this is a MUST!

Pretty good

I have a tolerance to stimulants and this works pretty good. I used this to slow down and take a break from others I had been using, and didn't get a nasty crash. I use 2 1/2 scoops, I would start with the recommended dose. Not the best taste, but put a little lemonade mix or Mio in it and it's not bad.
