I'm a collegiate level track and field runner with an extremely sensitive stomach. I could not hold any type I food down before working out. If I ate anything per workout it was sure to be coming up post workout. With that being said my nutritionist recommended taking half a shake ore workout and half a shake post workout and let me say it is working GREAT! The taste is awesome, it's not high in sugar either which is another plus. I no longer feel nauseous during or after my workouts! I'd recommend this to anyone athlete or non. But just an FYI it's not thick at all like muscle milk or any other commercial shakes. It's pretty watery but I don't mind that at all. I actually prefer it :)

I like how it is easy on the stomach. I can take this and then work out right away. It doesn't have all that extra stuff that other shakes include so no grumbles from my stomach. It is a great product. Since I started using it, I have really leaned out.

I've been using this product for over 2 months and will continue to use it. I use it for my recovery drink after working out doing P90X. It really helps with the recovery process. I love the ingredients list. I don't have to take a separate multivitamin or BCAA supplement as this has those in it already. I really like the taste of the Orange smoothie flavor. Makes it feel like I'm cheating drinking something this good.
