The best out there

This is hands down the best unflavored creatine monohydrate powder I've tried for the following reasons:Dissolves easily: While no creatine powder will ever completely dissolve in water, this product comes pretty close to that.No stomach upset: I've never experienced gas, bloating or discomfort while supplementing with this.Awesome value: The recommended serving is 5 grams. This product provides a whopping 120 servings. For the price it can't be beat.

Nothing Fancy, Just Good Creatine

I take Optimum Creatine daily after works. My strength has increased in both weight training, and core workouts. This stuff is great, nothing fancy about it, just straight creatine. One thing to think about including with the creatine is the amino acid beta alanine. Beta-Alanine directly increases intra-muscular carnosine levels. The increase in carnosine, increases endurance and decrease fatigue, and also increases the total amount of work that a muscle can do so it works pretty good in conjuntion with creatine. I've been stacking straight l-arginine powder along with some herbs that promote testorone growth, so it says - Muscle Maxx Pro + FREE L-Arginine (Nitric Oxide Booster) 250 Grams. Nothing better than feeling like you're muscles are going to rip out of your skin.Something that also helps is to mix the powders (especially the creatine!) in with some type of high sugar drink, trust me on this one. The creatine attaches itself to the sugar and gets into your bloodstream alot quicker. I think grape juice is ideal because of the glycemic index ratings are higher with that juice than others but as long as you take some type of sugar with it (after your workout), you should get the benefits.

Definitely works, but not the best option

I have been working out for about 4 years, and one thing I've learned is that you DEFINITELY need to be using good supplements if you want to be getting the best results possible from weightlifting. You're leaving a lot on the table if you're working out without good supplements. That being said, I was normally taking All American Kre-Alkalyn Creatine and Nitro Powerstorm as my pre/post workout supplements. One before and one after of each pill. They were working well, but I wasn't sure EFX Kre-Alkalyn was doing the job. So, I switched to this creatine powder and began my loading phase. After loading for about a week, I was noticing some pretty good gains at the gym, and was glad. I kept using Nitro Powerstorm because I wanted to keep everything else constant for my evalutuation, plus it's just a great product in my opinion. So after about 2 weeks of using this as directed, I started to cramp up quite a bit while working out. I started drinking TONS of water to help it out, and that worked for a while, but then I still got cramps at night several hours after working out. I was drinking PLENTY and eating plenty, but I was still cramping. I'm guessing it's because most people on creatine don't do a lot a cardio, and I like to do about 20 minutes after my workout each day. Long story short, I switched back to EFX Kre-Alkalyn. I don't know if this is a common occurrence for most people or if I am just a special case. The creatine worked fine, except for the cramps, so I am gonna stay away from it for now.
