One of the best supplements you can take long term

Glutamine is a perfect supplement to take to decrease recovery time in the gym. At first i didn't feel its effect because i wasn't lifting heavy. But when i started adding weight i started to feel a difference in my recovery. I took one serving in the morning and another right after my workout with my protein shake. I can honestly say the soreness was not noticeable the next day even after legs day (horrible day i might add hehe). And it didn't taste bad or at all. Only problem with this product is that it is in capsule form.Powder absorbs quicker into the bloodstream and if you take protein shakes mixing it in makes it pretty easy to take. I still take the capsules in the morning, started taking glutamine powder post-workout. The only other amino acid I think is worth taking is L-Arginine, L Arginine (1 Kg) (2.2 Lbs) Bulk Powder. This one I take pre-workout since about ten minutes after ingesting, blood flows to the muscles giving them the look and feel that they're about to pop out of my skin. I don't believe in taking amino blends, always preferred to go to the ones that have been proven to work.

Great for recovery

I have a class on the third floor. Stairs after a leg workout the day or two before were a cumbersome obstacle. With glutamine, I hardly notice. I have to stand for 8 hours and move quickly for my job. Glutamine has reduced the soreness I feel after working out. I'm happy, just bought another 240 capsules.

High Potency

Glutamine is excellent for heartburn and other gut maladies. Also good for Immunity, stress, depression, moodiness, irritability, anxiety and stamina. Take on am empty stomach for best absorbency. You should notice a difference in a week or two. Cheaper than Nexium & other Rx. This is the highest potency I have been able to find (you may not need this much, I used to take only 500mg/day for heartburn and that was effective).
