Great product with a surprise extra smaller bottle!

I feel really good on these products - my interest is in weight loss but I am exercising. It seems to have balanced out an intestinal problem that had been chronic and loose bowel movements have normalized. I have moderated my diet slightly but my energy level has increased considerably so I am much more active in doing chores outside. I will definately continue using it. Thanks for a great product.

Builds/retains muscle & reduces body pain

I've been using this for several months now (4+ tablets in the am and 1 in the pm). What I've noticed is that when I stop lifting for a week or several, my muscles atrophy at a greatly decelerated rate then without MAP! When I do lift, muscle growth is much quicker with faster recovery and far less soreness. A few weeks ago, I also began taking a MAP tablet before bed and I awake with far less muscle stiffness, soreness, and pain then before. (I'm 53). I have a mostly protein-type metabolism and I can now skip consuming animal protein if I choose for days without muscle loss or weakness. (Note: I also use Intramax, and lately high-quality MSM and sodium ascorbate.) I really believe that this can replace protein consumption. Reliable sources tell me that higher consumption of MAP will produce increased muscle growth but this stuff is expensive. Note: The tablets have little to no flavor and are of a comfortable size = easy to swallow.
