Xtend is formulated with a precise pentactive blend of actives, synergistically involved in key cellular processed to optimize muscle performance and response. Research validated 2:1:1 ration of the branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine to stimulate and support muscle protein synthesis and promote metabolic energy while you train. Glutamine to promote muscle intracellular BCAA metabolism down to the correct energy and protein synthesis pathways via the BCAA aminotransferase enzyme. The rate-limiting cofactor Vitamin B6 to ensure optimal BCAA aminotransferase reactions. Solid Product

This is a good workout supplement for those looking for the total package; has your aminos, Leucine, and Vitamin B6 in healthy doses per serving to give you that extra push in the gym. It also has glutamine, but you only get around 3 grams per serving which is usually not enough for it to have an effect, unless you weigh like 120 pounds. I've been adding an extra 3 grams of glutamine in each serving and have noticed a difference in muscle soreness and recovery time, (I think 5 grams is the recommended dosage). I have also been using DAA w/ with natural hormone enhancer -M.M.P. Bodybuilding Supplement + FREE D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams and gains in the gym have been solid, recovery time especially. I think for long term gains, Scivation Xtend is probably one of the best supplement you can take for that, and the extra glutamine and daa, etc only add to this fact.

Awesome BCAA's for the money

I've been using this for about a month now and can't say enough great things about it. This product has a 2-1-1 ratio which is great and the 90 serving size gets you more for the money. I never used BCAA's when I work out and I've been doing so for the past 20 years off and on. This product gave me endurance and also aided me in recovery. My workouts for the past year have been brutal. My workout consists of using weights first then sprints to then steady state cardio. After my workout I have been completely depleted of energy and felt sluggish and sore. While using this product for the past month, I no longer had any of these issues after my workouts. As another reviewer stated, there's only 3 grams of Glutamine in this product. I add another 5 grams to get the daily recommended amount needed for recovery.Since there's no product details on Amazon I thought I'd share that info. You're probably asking the same questions I asked myself before I decided to purchase this. Really helps me get through workouts and recover

I've been using Xtend for a while though and I couldn't imagine doing a workout without it. I currently do fasted training, so Xtend really helps in getting through a workout. Also, the Watermelon Madness tastes amazing, I actually look forward to drinking it each day.
