I have terrible digestion issues I mean I get cramps and all of it really bad no matter what I eat. It just seems I am in trouble no matter. Thankfully this has helped me a great deal. I have been taking the priobiotics for a few weeks now and since I started I am able to eat better with less trouble.

I've been taking Rx's for heart burn and/or gastric reflux for almost 20 years. I decided to stop those because they a bad for bones. Of course the heart burn returned immediately. I tried taking these rather than an acid preventive and I was amazed at how well they work.I just wish I'd discovered them years ago. I would compare them to Align,but at a better price.I would say that they have helped my IBS in a big way. I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

The potency of this capsule is good. I have been getting my probiotics from yogurt but man has that gotten expensive. I still treat myself to yogurt a couple times a week but on the other days I take one of these capsules.
