Better than Gatorade, Powerade

I have been using the orange flavor (GNC @$19.99 w/ Gold Card) for 4 mos. in FL, just before, during & after 2 hr. morning workouts at the softball field for active seniors. It keeps me hydrated & combined with a large hi-protein bar, keeps my energy level up. I mix 1 scoop in a 24 oz. bottle (vs. the std. 12 oz.) & use 2-3 bottles for practice & up to 4 for the doubleheaders. Nominal 5 gm. of protein seems to even out the carb rush.

must have for intense exercise

If I forget to drink this I am sore... if I remember I am not sore... it is simple as that. I do not exercise for longer than 25 minutes without using this as a recovery. For someone with more than 10% body fat you should be doing closer to 40 minutes before using.

This drink was recommended by my coach.. so i bought it and i must say i was surprised it taste okay i mean its no Gatorade, but it actually does what it says: i do actually feel like i have more endurance and i feel more hydrated after drinking it, and my muscles don't feel sore after workouts so its a good product. the only negative is that it leaves my mouth dry and i always crave water after drinking it. but that may just be me. i bought lemonade it taste okay my other team members got fruit punch and lemon lime and they say that also taste fine but i guess it all comes down to what flavor you prefer.
