works pretty good

This candy grape flavor is pretty good actually, not the reason I got it in the first place but a nice little bonus for sure. Now the boost I have been experiencing during my workouts has been insane. Flying through set after set, longer and harder workouts, moved up in weight a couple exercises. Very good stuff. I've taken a bunch of other pre-workout drink and pills in the past. I wouldn't rate this one as the best but definitely in the top three. My goals are to gain weight and build muscle. In order to do this, I have to hit every workout session like its my last, this product is helping make that happen. I have also been taking a testosterone booster combo, Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder 25 Grams + FREE Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams which is making all the difference in muscle definition and overall power. For the next 3-6 months, I don't need anything else other than what I'm taking now..right on track to be where I need to be.

Not bad for the first run

Craze is a decent product depending largely on how well you respond to PW supplements. I've taken Jack3d in the past, and it worked about the same as craze. The first time taking was great. Clean enegry throughout the workout. The second time was about four days later at the same time of day, and same one scoop. I had a very little boost, and crash after the workout. The next time was a week later, and the same effect. I stopped taking it for a couple weeks, then went back and upped it to two scoops. The boost was more pronounced but nothing like the first time. Tried two scoops again a few days later, and had the same effect. It does help you wake up if you're feeling drowsy, but then you get drowsy after the crash. In my opinion the best PWO is some green tea and beta-alanine. Cheap and lasts a long time.

Good energy... tastes of the devil's backside

Gives me a noticeable energy boost that helps me push out more reps with higher weight. I don't know how to compares to other preworkout supplements since this is the only one I've tried. That being said the candy grape is one of the most foul tastes to ever have lingered in my mouth. So bad that after downing a glass I have to wash out my mouth out with battery acid and melted iron. If you took cold medicine and mixed it with grapes grown in the bottom of a moldy dumpster and smashed into juice using a homeless person's sweat and dirt encrusted feet it would probably taste a little better than this.The berry lemonade isn't bad thoughSincerely,:)
