Add this to your sleep routine

I have trouble sleeping I have since I was a kid. This is a great medication to add to your bedtime routine. It is affordable not expensive as prescription medication and it works really well. I had no side effects and am very happy that I started taking this product. Great price, good customer service too.

Sleep well

This is a good sleep aid and I am glad that I put it into my rotation. I have found that it is best to rotate products so that you do not get to settled on any specific one.This one is one of the best of my lot and the price is really good affordable. I fall asleep usually about 10 minutes or so after I take my dose and stay asleep all night.

Very happy, will buy again

I use this product every night before I go to bed. It helps me to sleep through the entire night and wake up feeling well rested and alert. When I forget to take it I often don't sleep well due to my husband's snoring. With this product, I sleep like a rock! I take this product about an hour before I go to bed and by the time I climb under the covers I feel sleepy and ready to go to sleep. This is the only sleeping product I have ever used that does not leave me feeling groggy or "hung over" the next day. I feel just as alert as if I had taken nothing at all! My husband will even use it from time to time when he has been really stressed and not sleeping well. He normally will not take pills of any kind but feels just fine about taking this because he never experiences any after-affects from it either. This is truly amazing stuff!
