Amazing product with great value for money.

This product has really helped me with recovery. After my workouts, I would be entirely wipped out and not able to concentrate at the work at hand very well. Well, this is not miracle supplement, and I am still not a 1000% after a grueling work out, but this has definately helped me recover more quickly from my post work out exhaustion, which is important because I go the gym before work in the morning.The ingredients are simply the BCAAs which are essential for maximizing your effort at the gym and other ingredients to help with recovery and energy. This product is basic, its is cheap and really helps with recovery.L-Leucine 3.5 gL-Isoleucine 1.75 gL-Valine 1.75 gL-Glutamine 2.5 gVitamin B6 10 mgCitrulline Malate 1 gAs I drink this during my workouts, I wish it had some carbohydrates instead of that sucralose stuff, and that is why I have given this product a 4 instead of a 5. The flavor is also a little strong for me. Everyone I talk to says the watermelon flavor is amazing, but for me its just ok (when mixed with OJ).This product is value, because if you just bought the ingredients bulk, it would cost about the same as buying this product.I dilute mine so I can chug it during my work outs and add a little orange juice to get the simple carbohydrates which assist in atheletic performance.

Tastes like crap!! Not the original flavor

I ordered the refreshing watermelon and got sent the watermelon madness. The original flavor was my favorite intra-workout drink. I tried a bunch of other ones but by the time I came back to this they came out with this new crappy flavor. Add more supplements in the mix, fine, but changing the flavor is retarded.

I was using Muscle Pharm's "Recon" and I really liked that product.However...I got tired of the price and the fact that it tasted like hot garbage.I read about "Xtend" and decided to give it a try.I love it.It's almost half the price of "Recon" and it basically does the same thing.I use only two scoops after my workout and I have almost no soreness the next day.Granted it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of "Recon" but as long as I'm not sore, I don't care about the extra stuff.Besides, it tastes way better than "Recon".I read that the company has put out a new version of "Xtend" that isn't getting very good reviews so far.I bought the old version and I hope they keep making it.I give "Xtend" my recommendation.
